What is The Human Job?
The Human Job is the training programme of Cloudernetes LLP, backed by CloudWell Group LLC, USA. Its flagship is a 14-week, full-time AI-Native Engineering Bootcamp for final-year engineering students, with career-readiness support.
Who is this programme for?
Final-year engineering students, including beginners with little or no AWS, DevOps, Amazon Connect Customer or agentic AI experience. It assumes commitment to a full-time weekday schedule and the willingness to build, troubleshoot, document and explain. Exact eligibility is shared on WhatsApp.
Do I need to be a strong programmer?
No. The programme starts with focused Python foundations so you can read and reason about code, work with JSON and APIs and modify simple programs. AI tools support you, but you must understand and verify your work.
How much time does it take?
14 weeks, Monday to Friday, with at least six productive hours a weekday: about 420 hours in total. Those hours are for building, troubleshooting, reviewing and documenting, not watching videos.
How many live technical sessions are there?
Two sessions a week with U.S.‑based Lead Architects. One covers the requirement, architecture and new concepts; the other reviews real errors, production thinking and trade-offs.
What do mentors do?
Mentors run the daily cadence: they surface blockers, reinforce evidence habits, connect peers, observe roles and escalate real technical problems. They do not replace the Lead Architects.
Will I work alone or in a team?
Both. Every technical implementation is yours, done individually. You also work in a five-person squad for reasoning, troubleshooting, review and communication, and squads and roles rotate across topics.
Can I use ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or Claude Code?
Yes, you are expected to. You learn to give AI good context, inspect generated changes, verify output and notice when an agent is looping or solving the wrong problem.
If AI is allowed, how do you know I understand?
Through working implementations, architecture and troubleshooting evidence, peer review, your GitHub history and a short personalised defense built partly from your own experience.
What technologies are covered?
Python, Git and GitHub, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, APIs and JSON, the AWS ecosystem and application building, Terraform, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes on Amazon EKS, Amazon Connect Customer and Agentic CX Designer. Amazon Bedrock is optional, only if the cohort is comfortably on schedule.
Do you guarantee a job or a placement?
No. The programme strengthens career readiness, technical evidence and interview credibility. Résumé, portfolio and job-application support are provided. Employer engagement and career-drive opportunities may be offered subject to partner availability, but placement is not guaranteed.
What does career support include?
Résumé guidance, LinkedIn and profile positioning, portfolio development, mock technical interviews and job-application support. Some services may be optional add-ons; ask on WhatsApp for the current details.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. If you meet the published completion requirements you receive a Programme Completion Certificate issued by CloudWell Group LLC, USA. It is a programme-completion credential, not an academic degree or accreditation.
What goes in my public portfolio?
Approved, public-safe project code and infrastructure, architecture notes, README content, tests, selected lessons and demo links. Assessment answers, transcripts and confidential peer feedback stay private.
Can it support my college’s final-year project?
It produces substantial project evidence, reports, presentations and capstone artifacts that may support your college’s final-year project process. Your college or university keeps full authority over its own evaluation, credit and submission rules.
Are sessions recorded?
Selected assessment and review interactions, such as defenses, may be recorded or transcribed under the published privacy notice and the institutional delivery agreement. Daily collaboration is not recorded minute by minute.
Is there a shorter format?
A 12-week version may be possible for colleges that need it. Foundational skills, AWS, DevOps, Kubernetes, both Connect workshops, Agentic CX Designer, evidence, peer review, defenses and a meaningful capstone are always kept.
How much does it cost, and when does the next cohort start?
Fees, payment options, cohort dates, seats and format are shared on WhatsApp, so you always get the current details. Message us and a counsellor will send them.
Can my parents talk to you?
Yes. Students and parents are both welcome on WhatsApp, and a counsellor can answer their questions too.

Is the WhatsApp reply from a person?
The first replies come from an AI assistant that answers only from information about the programme. A human counsellor takes over whenever you ask, or when your question needs a person.
