Building AI-ready graduates. Strengthening final-year outcomes.
A structured industry-bridge programme that combines hands-on engineering, U.S.‑based Lead Architect guidance, measurable student performance and career-readiness development for engineering colleges.
Strengthening the final-year-to-industry transition
Colleges provide the academic foundation. The Human Job adds a structured execution layer: sustained hands-on practice, modern AI-assisted engineering, professional teamwork habits and measurable proof of work before graduation. It is an industry transition that institutions and students navigate together.
- Deeper practical exposureRepeated guided builds, changed requirements, troubleshooting, review and defense.
- Industry-style collaborationRotating five-person squads, defined roles, peer review and concise status reporting.
- Professional communication practiceStand-ups, technical explanations, demo videos, oral defenses and a capstone presentation.
- Stronger portfolio evidenceA private engineering record during training, and a clean public portfolio after approval.
- AI-era working habitsUsing AI productively while validating output, catching mistakes and stopping unproductive loops.
How the programme operates
A disciplined, cohort-based delivery model. Backed by CloudWell Group LLC, USA. Technical instruction led by U.S.‑based Lead Architects. Learning runs on FreshLearn; engineering work and evidence live on GitHub.
- 14 weeks
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- ~420 hours
- Hands-on learning, about 6 productive hours a weekday
- 2 times a week
- Live sessions with U.S.‑based Lead Architects
- 5 people
- Your squad, with roles that rotate
- 4+ videos
- Technical videos you record and keep
U.S.‑based Lead Architects
Technical depth: two live sessions every week, review of real cohort errors, production context, capstone design review and final technical certification.
- Session A · Requirement and architectureA new problem: how technology maps to the requirement, just-in-time concepts and production context. What problem are we solving? What is the data flow? Why this service?
- Session B · Engineering reviewReal errors from your cohort, how companies actually do it, and production-scale thinking. What failed, and what proved it?Where did AI mislead us?What changes at scale?
Mentors
Daily momentum: a morning scrum-of-scrums, about an hour a day with each batch, blocker follow-up and escalation to the architects. Mentors don’t replace the Lead Architects.
Need a shorter format? A 12-week institutional version may be possible. Foundational skills, AWS, DevOps, Kubernetes, both Amazon Connect Customer workshops, Agentic CX Designer, peer review, defenses and at least a two-week capstone are always kept.
Curriculum snapshot
From fundamentals to applied, AI-era engineering practice.
Weeks 1–2
Foundational
Python, Git and GitHub, and engineering with AI tools: give AI context, plan, inspect the diff, verify, and stop agent loops.
Python · Git · ChatGPT · Codex · Cursor · Claude Code
Weeks 2–4
AWS
A guided walkthrough of the AWS ecosystem, then two hands-on AWS workshops: build, change the requirement, troubleshoot, defend.
IAM · Lambda · APIs · storage · logs · monitoring
Weeks 5–6
DevOps and Kubernetes
Infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containers and a practical Kubernetes on Amazon EKS workshop.
Terraform · CI/CD · containers · Kubernetes/EKS
Weeks 7–10
Conversational and Agentic AI
Two Amazon Connect Customer workshops, then Agentic CX Designer: real customer-experience flows with integrations, guardrails and escalation.
Amazon Connect Customer · AWS Lambda · Agentic CX Designer
Weeks 11–14
Capstone and career proof
Hardening, then a capstone from a business requirement: architecture review, build, final demo and oral defense.
Architecture · build · defense · portfolio

Questions colleges ask
Can it support my college’s final-year project?
It produces substantial project evidence, reports, presentations and capstone artifacts that may support your college’s final-year project process. Your college or university keeps full authority over its own evaluation, credit and submission rules.
Are sessions recorded?
Selected assessment and review interactions, such as defenses, may be recorded or transcribed under the published privacy notice and the institutional delivery agreement. Daily collaboration is not recorded minute by minute.
Is there a shorter format?
A 12-week version may be possible for colleges that need it. Foundational skills, AWS, DevOps, Kubernetes, both Connect workshops, Agentic CX Designer, evidence, peer review, defenses and a meaningful capstone are always kept.
